In ST Logistics, safety starts with everyone and it extends to the way we do business. We work closely with our customers and suppliers to ensure that our teams' interaction and works with them are conducted safely. We ensure ongoing training and certification of our teams in order to allow us to deliver our services in the safest possible way and in compliance with regulations.

To ensure safety at work, we have put in place a comprehensive Safety Management System that meets recognized stringent international standards and regulatory requirements. Our safety system is certified to the standards of ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, and we are also recognized as BizSAFE Partner under the Ministry of Manpower Workplace Safety and Health framework.

Dr Tang highlights challenges faced during the adoption of this technology, including securing buy-in from staff accustomed to traditional methods. Through detailed planning and mandatory training, we overcame these challenges, leading to increased productivity and improved resource utilisation, all contributing to a higher return on investment.
